Which Vietnamese does Chào Bà teach?
Southern (Saigon) Vietnamese, the dialect many Vietnamese-American families speak. Where the North says it differently, we show a note.

Who made the voices?
Lesson audio uses an AI voice prompted to sound Southern, and a native Southern speaker reviews the lessons. If something sounds off, tell us!

Is it free?
The first 2 lessons are free. Chào Bà Pro unlocks all lessons and speaking practice for $7.99 a month or $49.99 a year.

How do I cancel?
On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Chào Bà, then tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

How do I get a refund?
Apple handles payments, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I bought Pro but it's locked on my new phone.
Open the Pro screen in the app and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.

Speaking practice can't hear me.
Go to Settings → Chào Bà and turn on Microphone. Speaking practice also needs an internet connection.

Is my information private?
Yes. There's no account and no tracking. Read our Privacy Policy.

Can my kids use it?
Chào Bà is made for teens and adults, and it's lovely to use together with your kids. Purchases need the Apple ID owner's approval.
